What is Breathwork?
In short, it’s just intentional breathing. We use our breath with different patterns and movements to support your individual needs and intentions.
With my background in Kundalini Yoga and Somatic Experiencing I design unique sessions that combine breath, gentle movement, and body awareness.
In our private classes, we can work with movement and the breath to…

...relieve built-up stress.
…get out of the feeling of being stuck.
…create a sense of safety in our bodies.
…cultivate a sense of aliveness.
…practice being with discomfort
…or work with the feelings involved in any compulsive/addictive behaviors.
What we work on is totally up to you and classes are highly individualized.
The day before our scheduled session, I’ll reach out to get a sense for how you’re feeling, what you’re looking for, if there are any emotions you’re working with, or intentions that you have for the class.

60-minute classes are $50. Packages of 4 are $170. Classes can be shared and the cost split amongst friends.
